With a unique background as a former competitive long-distance outrigger paddler and CrossFit athlete, Kristina brings a dynamic perspective to her practice, understanding the body’s potential and its needs for recovery and wellness.

Graduating from the esteemed West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015, Kristina has continued to elevate her skills with advanced training in pain science, fascial stretch therapy, and sport-specific rehabilitation.
